Who is Kit?
Kit’s love for yoga began over a decade ago and further grew after training as an integrative yoga teacher. With many years of experience as an F&B entrepreneur, she turns to yoga & breathwork for stress relief & self-care.

Kit’s mission as a yoga teacher is to bring balance to busy lives. With first hand experience of working in a 24/7 industry where things rarely go to plan, she has learnt the importance of having a set of tools to keep her cool. We are very lucky to offer Breathwork Coaching as a very unique service in KL. Muay Thai & Fitness Coach
Who is Caryen?
Caryen is all round beauty, brains & brawn with almost a decade of Muay Thai experience & a degree in Sports and Exercise Science. She got into Muay Thai for fitness and self defense and has 6 semi-professional fights under her belt.

Caryen understands the discipline & training required to compete as a Muay Thai fighter. If you’re looking to train with someone who can introduce an evidence based fighting or fitness programme to you, then look no further. Her approach focuses on optimizing physical conditioning, injury prevention, and effective recovery strategies.

Who is Moji?
Moji is an ex-professional kickboxer with 15 fights under his belt. He is the master of our Combat Conditioning programme & has over a decade of experience in training others to optimise athletic performance, improve overall fitness & strength.

If you want an expert in strength & conditioning to meet any goal - be it increased fitness, athletic performance, injury prevention, recovery, then Coach Moji is your man. Since beginning his kickboxing career at 17, he quickly realised that in order to level up his performance he had to prioritise fitness, strength & conditioning training.

Moji is a gentle giant & a generous soul. He will share his expertise with you that he’s gathered both from his professional fighting career & personal training career. Moji’s patience & commitment to his clients not only allow them to meet their goals, but develop confidence & pride in themselves alongside.

Who is Fareed?
Fareed is an ATG trained coach experienced in fat loss, strength training, and injury prevention (prehab) & Muay Thai amateur fighter. He has been training Muay Thai since the age of 16 as it equips him with the necessary life skills to defend himself, protect his health & develop unmatched fitness.

Fareed has a magic formula for harmonizing ATG coaching principles with Muay Thai, creating an approach that enhances mobility, strength, and resilience. Amir
Head Coach | Founder | Professional Muay Thai Fighter | Multiple time world champion
Who is Amir?
Amir Naseri is a multiple time world champion Muay Thai fighter & ONE championship athlete. His love for muay thai was born here in KL when he joined a gym in Ampang. He has won 10 internationally recognised titles, 5 of which being world championship titles. He was the second non-Thai ever to win the prestigious Omnoi Stadium title in the history of the sport. He has fought legends of the sport, such as Senchai & Seksan. He is the founder of Panthera Combat and Conditioning Centre, a place where he can bring together all the elements it takes to become a world champion under one roof with other professional trainers he has worked with over the years to create a world class fitness centre.
Why Train with Amir?
Well who would not want a multiple time world champion as their personal trainer? Alongside his professional fighting career, he has cornered multiple fighters, & is passionate about training others. He has provided personal, group & corporate training in muay thai, boxing, strength & conditioning & mobility since the age of 17. He enjoys sharing the expertise he has accumulated on his journey to become a professional athlete and seeks to inspire others on their fitness journeys.
What is Amir’s vibe?
Behind the fighter is a heart of gold. Caring is the word that is most used to describe Amir’s coaching style alongside the perhaps more obvious appreciation of his expertise & knowledge. He knows just how to push you and when, having developed an unrivaled intuition & sixth sense when it comes to coaching others. He is tough love incarnate & is the leader of our Panthera tribe.

Sonya
Yoga & Mobility Coach
Who is Sonya?
Sonya is the big mama of the gym & you can also find her behind the DJ decks, checking you in at reception, selling you 100 Plus & taking videos of your progress / for the Gram. She’s passionate about teaching yoga and mobility for dancers & fighters.
Why train with Sonya?
Sonya loves music & movement so all her sessions are about helping you achieve that flow state. She discovered an overlap in the type of mobility, flexibility & strength required to improve in both dance & martial arts. If you love good beats, want to increase your flexibility & balance safely to help you with all round athletic performance & injury prevention then Sonya is your coach!
What is Sonya’s vibe?
It’s about intuition and flow with Sonya. She will support you to achieve your goals by getting to know you & help you tune into your own body. Her background as a psychotherapy practitioner means she’s experienced with working with a range of people to move beyond their self-imposed limitations.
